When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Shipping Policy
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping on Saturday and Sunday or by 1:00 PM CST on Monday ship on Monday. Orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping Monday through Friday prior to 1:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 1:00 PM CST ship the next business day. Ground orders placed before the 1 PM cut off ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 1 PM cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day. Ground orders placed after the 1 PM cut off will ship within the next two business days. As an example a ground order placed at 7:20 PM on Tuesday night will ship on Wednesday or Thursday. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.
Holiday Shipping December 1, 2020 through January 4th, 2020 Ground orders placed before the 1 PM CST cut off Monday through Friday ship within 2-4 business days and are not guaranteed to ship the same day. As an example an order placed over the weekend or Monday prior to 1 pm will ship by Thursday.
Holiday Ground Deadline Ground orders placed before 1 PM CST on 12/18/2020 are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-4 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 1 PM CST on 12/18/2020 are not guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing.
We will continue to ship any and all orders we possibly can up through Tuesday 12/22/2020. However we can not guarantee an order will ship prior to Christmas when it is placed after the above deadlines.
Holiday Air Shipping Deadline The deadline for guaranteed shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/21/2020 at 11 AM CST All air orders placed after 11 AM CST on 12/21/2020 may not ship until Monday 12/28/2019.
Saturday Delivery Standard air options deliver Monday thru Friday only. Saturday delivery is the cost of Next Day air service plus an additional $24.50 and again is by special request only. We do not offer 2nd day air Saturday delivery service except under special promotions and offers. Transit times do not include the day a gift ships, Holidays, Saturday or Sunday. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and or shipped the next business day
Alaska and Hawaii – Please add $15.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.(Excluding Fruit, and Cookies)
Please add $24.50 to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. (Excluding Fruit and Cookies)
All APO, FPO, PO Boxes and Canadian shipments ship via the USPS. Fruit and Cookies are not available for shipping to PO boxes, FPO, APO, or Canadian shipments.
Standard shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday. Saturday Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Please add $24.50 to the next day air price for Saturday Delivery.
Late Delivery & Service Guarantee Refunds: In the event a carrier delivers a gift late a shipping refund may be approved but, is not always guaranteed. Carriers do not offer refunds of any kind on late deliveries involving a bad address, missing apartment number, incorrect zip codes or any other information supplied which is not accurate. In addition carriers do not offer refunds involving but not limited to the following: Acts of God, weather conditions, Emergency conditions beyond their control, mechanical delays of aircrafts or other equipment failures and several additional issues. Please request a copy of the Carriers Terms & Conditions for a complete listing.

How long we retain your data
